Probably will be a bit hard to keep balanced but tests will make it good, like riding a bike. While surfing, youll want your foot placement to be fairly close to the middle of the board. We all know that littleseaves without heel are big risk, to ride thatis why sowheel is important to catch waves. Paddleboardingtakes even more focus, as you’re standing on the board. In both sports, keep your head (as much as possible) high, your knees bent soft, and your core engaged. It will balance you out and prevent you from falling off the board.

 

For a more rigorous workout, try flatwater racing, SUP yoga or a mix of the two. Flatwater racing, where you race others on paddleboards. Its also a great way tochallengeyourself and help you improve. SUP yoga is essentially like regular yoga except on the paddleboard; encourages balance inflatable paddle board and mindfulness. This aids in improving your balanceand also strengthens and stretches your body.
